This DVD includes a 45 minute vinyasa flow sequence with emphasis on form and alignment that includes abdominal strengthening,
sun salutations, standing poses, twists, hip opening, back bending and seated forward folds. It also includes a brief six
minute educational section with additional techniques to help refine your practice. It is my hope that this DVD will help
give structure to your home practice and be a tool to help bring the joys and benefits of yoga more deeply into your life.
